Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Compliance Testing Manager to plan and oversee independent testing of compliance controls. This role will lead testing engagements, provide subject-matter expertise, and collaborate with Risk Owners and Oversight functions to drive improvements.

The position includes a hybrid work model with in-office days and a focus on strategic guidance, process improvements, and regulatory adherence within the Compliance Quality Assurance team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of internal audit, testing and/or QA experience.
• CPA, CIA, CFE, CRCM or equivalent a plus.
• Knowledge of financial institution laws/regulations and risk management programs.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee independent Compliance testing completed by specialists.
• Lead testing engagements and provide SME guidance on controls/processes.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and drive improvements in testing.
• Act as escalation point and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee reporting and communication of results to stakeholders.
