Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of technology delivery and software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering regulatory, risk, compliance, surveillance, or supervisory technology solutions.
• Experience operating within highly regulated financial services environments preferred.
• Knowledge of financial industry trade surveillance, market abuse monitoring and/or global markets domain experience, including trading lifecycles.
• Experience with big data and cloud technologies and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Technology Delivery: Work within a team on end-to-end delivery of strategic Compliance technology initiatives.
• Management: Manage delivery roadmaps, capacity planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordination: Coordinate across product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Architecture: Ensure solutions meet business objectives while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
• Delivery Practices: Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous delivery methodologies.
• Architecture oversight: Provide technical oversight for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
