TD Bank Group in New York is seeking a Senior Compliance professional to support the Trade and Communications Surveillance portfolio and governance. You will coordinate inputs, prepare reporting, and work with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Technology to enhance surveillance programs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Compliance or Surveillance within financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk, compliance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, Surveillance, Risk, Operations, Technology, or consulting, including Big Four experience; surveillance at a financial institution preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise materials.
• Familiarity with regulatory reviews, audits, and examinations and governance reporting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate inputs, prepare management information and status reporting.
• Maintain deliverables, milestones, and project plans for regulatory initiatives and surveillance deployments.
• Track remediation activities, escalate risks or delays, and support governance reviews.
• Draft summaries and presentations for senior governance, Board and regulators.
• Collaborate with business, Risk, Technology and other partners to support governance and control environment.
