Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• 3–5 years of technology delivery and software engineering experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Experience delivering regulatory, risk, compliance, or surveillance technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Compliance technology initiatives in an enterprise setting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Data, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory obligations, auditability, and security requirements.
• Drive Agile delivery, roadmaps, and cross-team coordination.
• Support implementation, testing, and post-production support for regulatory platforms.
