Job summary

TD in New York is seeking a senior leader for the Compliance Transformation team to oversee high-priority regulatory remediation initiatives and strategic governance. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, drive milestone delivery, and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and budget for a global financial services organization.

Qualifications

Experience in large-scale transformation and remediation programs.
Ability to translate regulatory priorities into execution plans and reports.
Strong governance, reporting, and milestone-tracking capabilities.
Experience with budget planning and technology demand prioritization.
Advanced analytical and communication skills for executive-level briefs.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the program management function for compliance initiatives with disciplined execution.
Maintain an integrated portfolio view of remediation commitments for oversight and reporting.
Oversee remediation execution, milestones, risks, issues, and blockers.
Provide challenge to project owners using governance routines and regulatory knowledge.
Drive transparency across the change portfolio with clear scoping and resourcing.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, briefings, and budget narratives.
Coordinate the annual technology budget process and funding alignment to risk mitigation.
Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations stakeholders.
