Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee location-level compliance related to safety and fleet. The role includes auditing data and processes for policy adherence, training partners on current SOPs and new policies, and staying informed on regulatory changes to cascade updates to supported locations.

The position also involves due diligence of Third-Party Risk Management providers, ensuring documentation is thorough and up-to-date, and collaborating with management to drive

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum 1 - 2 years business experience.

Responsibilities

Makes immediate decisions for corrections regarding OSHA, DOT, Local and/or State ordinances.
Establishes annual fleet spend and manages monthly spend ensuring the location stays within budget.
Prepares and/or maintains moderately complex documents relating to safety, fleet, reliability, quality, and compliance; gathers data for reports for management.
Ensures requests from internal and external stakeholders are handled thoroughly and timely with organized documentation.
Supports safety, health and environmental tasks and implements new procedures.
Manages workers compensation and auto accident investigations.
