Zusammenfassung

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee location (or region) compliance related to Safety and Fleet. The role includes auditing data, training partners on SOPs, and staying current with regulatory changes to cascade information to supported locations.

The specialist will ensure due diligence of Third-Party Risk Management providers and manage documentation and reporting to management, with a focus on safety and regulatory adherence throughout the organization.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years business experience required.

Aufgaben

• Make immediate decisions for corrections regarding OSHA, DOT, Local and/or State ordinances.
• Negotiate pricing for preventative maintenance, repairs and towing.
• Establish annual fleet spend and manage monthly spend to stay within budget.
• Prepare and maintain moderately complex documents related to safety, fleet, reliability, quality, and compliance; gather data for reports.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external requests in a professional, organized, and compliant manner.
• Support safety, health and environmental tasks and implement new procedures.
• Manage workers compensation and auto accident investigations.
