RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney for the Operations - Services team. The role supports federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer, performing legal analyses and preparing written materials to ensure adherence to laws and procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D., active bar membership, and at least one year of relevant experience, with strong writing and research skills, and proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
