Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of service notes for billing accuracy.
• Prepare billing records as assigned and ensure timely updates.
• Represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings and align ISPs/PCSPs with Cost Plans.
• Update ISPs/PCSPs and Health Passport information within 30 days of changes.
• Ensure annual ISP reviews are completed and annual assessments uploaded.
• Schedule non-emergency medical and psychiatric appointments and communicate with Residential Coordinator.
• Write monthly reviews and submit to ISC/state case manager or Service Coordinator.
• Loster liaison between member, family and Easter Seals.
