Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee Inc. is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure services comply with state requirements and align with each person’s ISP/PCSP.

The role involves maintaining current and accurate documentation for all on the caseload, supporting billing processes, and collaborating with Residential and Nursing staff to uphold program compliance. Strong computer skills and multitasking are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and electronic systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• 3–5 years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with DDA or MCO systems preferred.
• Prolonged computer use is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of service notes for billing accuracy.
• Follow up with Residential Coordinator to ensure timely corrections.
• Prepare billing records as assigned.
• Represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings.
• Ensure ISP, PCSP reviews and documentation are current.
• Update ISP/PCSP in InfoServ within 30 days of changes.
• Maintain Health Passport and Release of Information forms.
• Ensure annual assessments and psychiatric reviews are completed and uploaded.
• Schedule medical and psychiatric appointments and coordinate with staff.
• Communicate medical follow-up information to Nursing.
• Enter appointment data in InfoServ and follow up on recommendations.
• Align Cost Plans with Service Plans and ISP approvals.
• Write monthly reviews for assigned individuals and submit to ISC/Service Coordinator.
• Offer Annual Member Satisfaction Survey during ISP meetings.
• Deactivate records when individuals leave the agency.
