Job summary

Easter Seals in Tennessee is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to partner with department leaders to ensure services meet state requirements and ISPs/PCSPs are correctly implemented.

You will review notes daily for billing, coordinate with residential staff, and maintain accurate documentation across InfoServ, Release forms, and annual ISP packets. The role emphasizes timely updates, cross‑functional communication, and maintenance of health passports, cost plans alignment, and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• Experience with intellectual/developmental disability services preferred.
• Experience with DDA or MCO systems preferred.
• Prolonged computer work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of direct care service notes for billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with Residential Coordinator to fix missing notes on time.
• Prepare billing records as assigned.
• Represent Easter Seals at ISP and COS meetings.
• Ensure ISP and PCSP annual reviews are completed.
• Update ISPs, PCSPs, and related data in InfoServ within 30 days of changes.
• Schedule medical and psychiatric appointments and communicate with team.
• Write monthly reviews for assigned members and submit to ISC/Service Coordinator.
• Serve as liaison between members, families, and Easter Seals.
• Other duties as assigned by management, including direct care as needed.
