Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compliance Pharmacist, Patient Safety to be the onsite primary contact for complaint management and adverse events related to compounded products and third-party suppliers. You will report to the pharmacist in charge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive investigations and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Pharm.D degree and active pharmacist license.
  • 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
  • Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
  • Proficiency with USP 795, 797, and 800.
  • English communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Ability to deliver on-time results.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and escalation handling.
  • Experience with customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating product quality complaints for Adverse Drug Events (ADEs).
  • Investigate, document, and communicate complaints to customers and stakeholders.
  • Determine reporting requirements for ADEs and Adverse Drug Effects.
  • Assist with investigations retrieving PMS, batch records, and related documents.
  • Provide patient outreach and counseling as needed.
  • Answer drug/clinical/stability questions.
  • Prepare investigation closure statements for patients with discrepancies.
  • Integrate product quality data into CQI reports.
  • Support returns, investigations, and disposal of products.
  • Track complaints and medical escalations to identify improvements.
  • Guide on implementing new workflows and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with onsite pharmacists to handle complaints and escalations.
  • Contribute to SOPs and training materials.
