Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Service Operations Specialist, Compliance to help ensure safe, compliant operations across markets. You will partner with Operations, Safety, Legal and other teams to regulate licensing, audits, and training that reduce risk and drive operational excellence.

Based in Warroad, MN, you will collaborate across functions, balance multiple priorities, and interpret regulations to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, operations, safety, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience working with audits, licensing, permitting, regulatory requirements, or compliance programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used for reporting, recordkeeping, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Service Operations leaders to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
• Manage licensing, certifications, permits, and regulatory requirements across markets.
• Lead compliance audits and assessments to strengthen processes and mitigate risk.
• Develop and deliver compliance and safety training for employees.
• Support operational programs while driving consistency and operational effectiveness.
