Job summary

Monro seeks a compliance auditor to evaluate and audit store operations, visiting locations daily to assess compliance and drive improvements. The role bridges Store Support Center and Field Leadership, requiring a credible, constructive approach and travel up to 75%.

You will audit operational tasks, partner with leadership, and contribute to Monro Forward initiatives while supporting overall risk management and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Retail Management experience.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Pro‑active and process driven with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI).
• Train teammates on TCC, OCC, PI, Lift and Safety Inspections.
• Support Loss Prevention investigations as needed.
• Collaborate to develop remediation activities for gaps.
• Participate in POS Testing and process improvements.
• Schedule Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks ahead.
• Complete Lift Inspections and Asset/Safety Audits during visits.
• Communicate audit results with Store & District leadership.
