Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Safety & Health Specialist to support and execute the Safety & Health program at a Marvin facility, reporting to the Operations structure at the site. This role focuses on training, compliance, and injury prevention, requiring collaboration with operations, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous safety improvements.

Key duties include preparing education sessions, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating audits while promoting a best-in-class safety

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Current safety certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct Safety & Health education and training.
• Develop Safety & Health reports using Origami and related systems.
• Maintain files, documents, and records for compliance.
• Coordinate Safety activities to promote injury prevention at the site.
• Support health screenings and audits for designated facility needs.
