Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Service Operations Installation Specialist to support Scenic Door installation services from quote to completion in Warroad, MN. You will coordinate projects, manage customer communications, and support programs across Service Operations, Installation, and Learning Experience teams.

In this role you will develop installation quotes and service orders, maintain databases, and help drive profitability while focusing on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in service operations, project coordination, customer service, installation management, sales support, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scenic Door installation experience from quote through project completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and project execution with customers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop installation quotes, contracts, and service orders while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
• Coordinate training requests and operational programs that support field teams and service excellence.
• Maintain data in Salesforce and Origami, including reporting and operational systems.
• Administer key operational programs (Penske, Motive, WEX) and manage service technician, vehicle, and service center databases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
