Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve, and document auditing, monitoring, and regulatory inquiries from regulators and partners.
• Administer and coordinate audit schedules with stakeholders; document and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with external service administrators to ensure timely task delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, processes, and programs and update documentation.
• Lead special projects within established timeframes and provide SME support.
• Review delegated tasks for contract and statutory compliance; ensure follow-through.
