Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compliance operations and certifications.
• Lead and coach Compliance Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and SLAs across the team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Leasing, and Asset Management.
• Support audits, reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, HOME and investor requirements.
