Job summary

Reingold in Alexandria, VA offers a full-time internship (40 hours/week) with a $20/hour pay rate. The internship runs from January 7, 2027, to May 28, 2027, with core hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern, and requires five in-office days per week.

Responsibilities include shaping the compliance program with the VP of Compliance, building the ISO 9001 internal audit process, creating intranet resources, and assisting with contract management and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the compliance program with the VP of Compliance to assess risks, map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend priorities as the department grows.
• Build the ISO 9001 internal audit process and document processes for the Quality Management System.
• Create compliance resources for the intranet page and document policies and best practices.
• Contract administration: set up contracts in Sage and maintain Monday.com tracker, coordinate with program managers on non-executed agreements, start renewals 30 days before expiry.
• Support regulatory reporting: track and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for federal and state agencies.
• Conduct research on policy, compliance, and ethics; monitor laws and regulations and summarize findings with recommendations.
