Job summary

Associa is seeking a Compliance Inspector to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves inspecting properties for maintenance, safety and compliance, and recording findings to ensure community standards are met.

Responsibilities include notifying parties of code issues, investigating violations, and conducting scheduled inspections. A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday with benefits is provided, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
• Must have personal vehicle and be physically capable of performing inspections.
• 0 -- 3 years of related experience.

A Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
• Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, inperson and electronically.
• Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
• Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50k Annual

Schedule:Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

• Must have personal vehicle and be physically capable of performing community wide inspections.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• 0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check which requires a valid DL and clean driving record.
