Job Summary

Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Compliance Inspector for a fast‑growing company. Your mission is to drive through assigned communities and note certain violations. This job requires a reliable vehicle, adequate and current automobile insurance, and the ability to drive your own vehicle through various areas. The position reimburses mileage and toll fees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Visually inspect properties within the Association for Deed Restriction violations.
• Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction violations.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities.
• Attend monthly meetings.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle with adequate and current automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record; meet criminal background requirements.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to navigate different application systems.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude and team‑player mindset.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Friendly and adaptable attitude.
• Strong listening skills; ability to multi‑task; attention to detail; time management; problem resolution; decision‑making skills.
