Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Processing Specialist to ensure accurate filing documents align with customer requirements and state regulations. The role involves reviewing orders, filing with agencies, and coordinating notices while supporting processing operations and other departments.

You will learn BizFilings products, collaborate with customers, and contribute to continuous improvement. This onsite role offers a compensation range and potential bonus depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify company name availability with state departments.
• Prepare and file documents with the appropriate state and county agencies.
• Obtain Federal Tax Identification Numbers (EINs) from the IRS.
• Apply for S Corporation status with the IRS.
• Coordinate the publication of required notices with newspapers or journals.
• Process and manage rejected filings, including any required follow-up actions.
• Apply for approvals from various state agencies.
• Gather and research information from state and county departments, as well as online resources.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of orders with CT offices and state and county agencies.
• Scan, package, and ship final documentation packages and client mail to customers.
• Manage orders and communicate with customers participating in managed annual report services.
