This role is responsible for the administration and compliance of franchising agreements across various brands within Anywhere Brands. The Compliance Manager – Franchise Contracts will execute processes, procedures, and standards related to franchise compliance. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and maintains high integrity.

Requirements

• Oversee adherence to compliance requirements in franchise agreements and related documents, ensuring legal standards are met and risks are mitigated.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and communication strategies.
• Automate contract compliance activities and generate reports for management.
• Monitor franchise compliance performance and adherence to agreement terms.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide training on contract compliance best practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal standards.
• Build brand awareness within ecosystems.
• Collaborate with franchisees, brand representatives, and shared services to resolve issues.
• Review and approve franchise compliance documentation.
• Ensure ecosystem participants follow policies and procedures.
• Manage and support direct reports, conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist VP in facilitating communication across ecosystems.
• Support daily work activities and act as a first point of contact for issues.
• Review ecosystem performance, including team and process outputs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of operational or contract management methodologies and tools.
• Resource management and change management skills.
• Strong leadership, management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract, operational, or business management.
• Background in franchising, contract administration, real estate, and analytical skills preferred.
• B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
