This position is responsible for the administration and compliance of franchising agreements and related documents across various brands within Anywhere Brands. The Compliance Manager – Franchise Contracts will lead processes, procedures, and accountability standards related to franchise compliance. The ideal candidate is energetic, focused, results-driven, and maintains the highest integrity.

This role is 100% remote.

Requirements

• Oversee adherence to compliance requirements in franchise agreements, related documents, and company policies. Review, analyze, and monitor contracts to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain contract compliance policies, procedures, and communication strategies.
• Automate and maintain contract compliance activities, generating reports for management.
• Monitor franchise compliance performance and adherence to agreement terms.
• Lead project meetings to update internal teams and suppliers.
• Provide training on contract compliance best practices.
• Stay informed on industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
• Build brand awareness within ecosystems.
• Collaborate with franchisees, brand representatives, and shared services to resolve issues.
• Review and approve franchise compliance documentation.
• Ensure ecosystem participants follow policies and procedures.
• Manage and support direct reports, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Assist VP in facilitating communication across ecosystems.
• Support daily operational activities as needed.
• Serve as the first contact for issue escalation, alerting stakeholders as necessary.
• Review team and process performance regularly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of operational or contract management methodologies, tools, resource management, and change management.
• Ability to identify skill sets and deploy resources effectively.
• Strong management, leadership, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management, operations, or business management.
• Background in franchising, contract administration, real estate, with strong analytical skills.
• B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
