The Fortune Society, Inc. seeks a Compliance Specialist for the Supervised Release Program (SRP) to support SRP staff with compliance measures. You will oversee data collection and reporting to ensure accurate compliance documentation and client court records.

You will work with SRP case managers and court advocates to standardize reporting practices, manage daily court memos, and assist with onboarding new staff while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in social services field (1–2 years) is desirable.
• Strong editing/writing and grammar skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist case management staff in meeting ongoing court-based compliance measures and draft non-compliance memos.
• Send daily court memos to court personnel and track client cases in CIS.
• Review day/night shift paperwork and organize documents for share drive.
• Develop methods to research and present programmatic trends to improve quality of services.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
