Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. in Tigard, OR, is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance Department and ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations across RD, HUD, and Tax Credit programs.

You will develop policies, oversee audits, manage voucher processing, certifications, and reporting, and train staff to uphold the Service Model and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build partnerships while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Social Services, Public Admin, or related field.
• Four years’ experience in affordable housing, auditing, or related area.
• RD experience preferred and supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compliance Department operations to ensure regulatory compliance across RD, HUD, and Tax Credit programs.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, processes, and forms for compliance.
• Oversee audits: initial certifications, re-certifications, interim reviews, move-ins/move-outs, voucher processing.
• Manage monthly voucher billings and tenant certifications/re-certifications.
• Train staff and coordinate with Training and Development for ongoing compliance.
• Monitor funding programs: Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, HOME, and RD.
