Job summary

Cascade Management seeks a Community Manager in Corvallis, OR to oversee daily operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties. You will manage leasing, marketing, maintenance, and financial reporting with a focus on maximizing asset value and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills to supervise staff, handle resident relations, and ensure timely reporting and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years experience in Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to interact with diverse groups and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned property and maximize financial returns.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, maintenance, and financial reporting for HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and company policies; supervise staff and maintain tenant relations.
