Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. in Tigard, OR seeks a Compliance Manager to lead the Compliance Department and ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations across RD, HUD, and Tax Credit programs.

The role emphasizes policy development, audit oversight, and training to promote a culture of compliant operations for affordable housing properties. Requires a strong regulatory background and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, Public Administration, or related field.
• Four years’ experience in affordable housing, auditing, or related area with HUD compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Department to ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and forms related to RD, HUD, and Tax Credit regulations.
• Oversee audits for initial certifications, re-certifications, interim reviews, and voucher processing.
• Monitor compliance workflows from sites to the corporate office.
• Coordinate training with the Training and Development Team.
