Job summary

Pennsylvania Courts seeks a Compliance Attorney to advance equal access across the judiciary by implementing and monitoring policies under ADA Title II and Civil Rights Act Title VI. The role liaises with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and court entities to promote statewide language and disability access.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, PLUS
• Two years of progressively responsible legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains judicial standards, rules, and procedures to ensure full compliance with Title VI and Title II and UJS policies.
• Provides legal advice, counsel, support, and technical assistance to judicial districts to ensure accessibility to the public.
• Represents the judiciary in administrative investigations involving Title VI and Title II issues.
