Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of ADA-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Review and analyze claims, pleadings, demand letters, and related documentation.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and other parties regarding claims and potential resolutions.
• Negotiate settlements and settlement terms on behalf of clients.
• Evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, and potential exposure associated with individual matters.
• Draft and review correspondence, settlement agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Track and manage numerous matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct legal research relating to ADA requirements and applicable case law.
• Work efficiently within established processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to move matters toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced litigation and settlement practice representing clients in matters involving website accessibility and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with a significant volume of cases, communicating directly with opposing counsel, evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and moving matters efficiently toward resolution.

Prior ADA experience is not required.

The firm is open to attorneys at a variety of experience levels, including relatively junior attorneys who have strong communication, organization, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary depends on experience and additional bonus/commission will be considered.
