Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Management System through monitoring, testing, auditing, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes accuracy, process orientation, and the use of automation tools to strengthen oversight.

The ideal candidate will partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to enhance data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities across the organization, including Looker Studio and

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or government contracting is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Drive.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, SQL, Python, AI tools, or workflow automation is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring, control testing, and audit activities to assess adherence to regulatory, client, and company requirements.
• Document findings, track corrective actions, and support remediation efforts.
• Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, control inventories, and audit documentation.
• Assist with risk assessments, regulatory change management, and policy reviews.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Monitor key compliance metrics and identify trends, risks, and potential control gaps.
• Support governance and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Management System.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compliance processes and reporting.
• Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and dashboards using Google Workspace technologies, including Google Sheets, Drive, Looker Studio, Forms, and Apps Script.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities.
