Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or government contracting is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Drive.
• Experience with documented processes, controls, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring, control testing, and audit activities to assess adherence to requirements.
• Document findings, track corrective actions, and support remediation efforts.
• Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, control inventories, and audit documentation.
• Assist with risk assessments, regulatory change management, and policy reviews.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Monitor key compliance metrics and identify trends, risks, and potential gaps.
• Support governance and ongoing maintenance of the CMS.
