Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Compliance Analyst to safeguard regulatory alignment across federal and state levels. You will monitor developments, advise business units, and coordinate with 1LOD and 2LOD via our Regulatory Development Process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze applicable regulations at the federal and state levels
• Provide proactive compliance guidance to business units through ongoing advisory services, projects, marketing reviews, etc.
• Analyze new or amended regulations, including complex cases, impacting business activities, communicate relevant changes to 1LOD and provide 2LOD oversight through an established Regulatory Development Process.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the development of corporate compliance policies and provide alignment confirmations to 1LOD teams.
• Develop compliance training content to ensure understanding and adherence to applicable regulations, with a focus on areas of higher compliance risk.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $103,000 - $107,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
