Job summary

GGH Services LLC in Houston, Texas, seeks a Compliance Administrator to govern administrative and legal frameworks for the Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship program. You will liaise with Baker Tilly and LCPtracker, develop SOPs, and ensure payroll compliance for labor classifications and hourly rates.

The role reports to Regulatory Compliance Manager and focuses on documentation, workflow development, and audit-ready records for tax credits and contracting obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.
• Experience with reporting or federal contract administration preferred.
• High proficiency in document control software and labor tracking portals (e.g., LCPtracker, Baker Tilly Portal).
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding labor classifications and hourly rate verification.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: document end-to-end PWA workflow from PO request to compliance certification.
• Contractual Flow-Down Management: ensure project POs and subcontracts include IRA labor language and flow-down clauses for certified payroll.
• Baker Tilly & LCP tracker Governance: manage daily data exchange with Baker Tilly and oversee LCPtracker portal.
• Cure Period Management: coordinate the Cure process for underpayments and document back-pay within IRS windows.
• Apprentice Documentation & Lifecycle: collect apprentice documentation to populate classifications.
• Site-to-Portal Verification: conduct cross-check audits of site logs vs labor hours in LCPtracker and flag discrepancies.
• Document Control: maintain a 7-year audit-ready repository for labor and tax filings.
