Job summary

GreenGas USA is seeking a Compliance Administrator to govern the administrative and legal frameworks of the Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship program. Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will serve as the internal liaison with Baker Tilly and our data manager, ensuring payroll documentation and certified payroll are captured and audited.

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant business or HR background.
• Experience with reporting or federal contract administration preferred.
• Strong detail orientation in labor classifications and wage verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document end-to-end PWA workflow from PO to compliance certification.
• Ensure POs and subcontracts include labor language and flow-down clauses for certified payroll.
• Govern Baker Tilly and LCPtracker data exchanges and monitor weekly payroll uploads.
• Coordinate cure periods and document back-pay and interest within IRS windows.
• Lead collection of apprentice documentation for classifications.
• Perform cross-checks between site records and labor hours in LCPtracker; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain an audit-ready seven-year repository for labor and tax filings.
