You will work with Sales and Events, manage third-party channels, generate forecasts, and mentor the reservations team to uphold Hilton's hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations: inventory, availability, group blocks, cut-offs, rate rules and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue by adjusting rates, occupancy levels, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events to manage group bookings and corporate rates.
• Manage third-party channels: negotiate rates and ensure proper OTA and agent procedures.
• Generate reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and a positive work environment.
