Job summary

Hilton Orlando is seeking a Complex Reservations Manager to lead daily reservations operations, optimize inventory, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee inventory, occupancy strategies, rate restrictions, and system usage to ensure smooth, profitable booking flows.

Collaborating with Sales and Events, you will maximize revenue through group bookings, corporate rates, and events, while managing third-party channels and ensuring proper reservation procedures.

• Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing rate strategies and occupancy levels to reach targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events to manage group bookings, corporate rates, and events.
• Manage third-party channels, negotiate rates, and ensure proper reservation procedures.
• Generate occupancy and revenue reports and forecasts to support planning.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, and performance feedback.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage
• Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue
• Manage third-party channels: Negotiate rates, manage relationships, and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures with third-party booking sites and agents to maximize conversion
• Generate reports and forecasts: Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
