  • Optimize sellout strategies: Collaborate with Front Office leadership to implement sellout strategies and ensure daily inventory balance
  • Lead revenue management meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to evaluate booking trends, pricing strategies, and market opportunities
  • Analyze performance and adjust strategies: Monitor key revenue reports, analyze booking pace, and refine strategies based on performance insights
  • Develop pricing strategies: Establish and maintain annual transient pricing to ensure consistency across all booking channels
  • Forecast revenue and demand: Prepare and refine weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts to anticipate demand and maximize revenue
  • Monitor market trends: Track competitor pricing, demand indicators, and market events to inform pricing and inventory decisions
