You will manage complex rehabilitation orders from intake to delivery, serving as the primary liaison between patients, clinicians, and insurers. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, insurance verification, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure timely approvals and services, while supporting a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred in rehab, insurance, or durable medical equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple patient accounts and orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient accounts and complex rehab orders from intake through completion.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, clinicians, and providers.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorization requirements.
• Schedule appointments, evaluations, deliveries, and related services.
• Maintain thorough documentation of accounts and order status.
• Collaborate with Assistive Technology Professionals, clinical staff, billing, and other departments to resolve issues.
