Qualifications

• Excellent writing demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
• Experience at all stages of litigation: discovery, motions, working with experts, and trial.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Commitment to excellent client service.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues (contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• Clerkship at appellate level strongly preferred.
