Qualifications

• :Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship,lawm review, moot court or publication
• :Experience with all stages of litigation including pre-trial discovery motions practice working with experts and trial
• :Superior academic credentials
• :Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
• :Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues such as contractual jurisdictional choice-of-law and admiralty law
• :Clerkship experience especially appellate level before preferred
