Responsibilities include managing provider and room use, coordinating templates, ensuring adherence to treatment plans, and assisting with data collection and billing-related tasks. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years healthcare experience.
• Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules to optimize use of resources including providers, rooms and equipment.
• Coordinate clinic templates and scheduling of appointments and care options.
• Communicate with patients and clinical staff to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Assist with data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Assist with billing error resolution and referrals as needed.
• Register patients and schedule/coor dinate appointments.
• Provide patient education materials as needed.
• Maintain relationships with patients, internal providers, external departments and vendors.
• Answer inquiries from patients, providers and staff about practice operations.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure compliance with tests, prescriptions and care plans.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
