Job summary

Reserv is expanding its US risk and compliance team and seeks a senior complaints leader to steer complex investigations and regulatory escalations across US and UK operations.

You will coach two complaints handlers, triage escalated claims, and partner with Claims, Product/Engineering, QA, and Compliance to close gaps and improve processes. Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in claims and regulatory work. Work-from-anywhere option supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years handling complex or escalated complaints within insurance claims (motor/property).
• Regulatory complaint frameworks experience (FOS, FCA, state DOIs).
• 2+ years of people-leadership experience.
• Proven track record building and delivering executive-level communications.
• Strong investigative instincts – analyze claims files and policy docs to find the real story.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two Complaints Handlers across US and UK.
• Own the most complex and escalated complaints—motor and property disputes.
• Manage regulatory escalations with UK FCA and US state DOIs.
• Perform root cause analysis and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product/Engineering, QA, and Compliance to close loops.
