Galaxy Search Partners is partnering with a growing organization in the insurance industry to hire a Regulatory Compliance & Claims Administrator in Denver, CO. This role oversees regulatory compliance activities and supports the full claims lifecycle for multiple insurance entities.

You will coordinate filings, governance documentation, contracts, and internal controls while liaising with regulators, actuaries, accountants, clients, and external partners to ensure timely, accurate compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, audit, claims, insurance operations, or related function.
  • Experience within a regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, banking, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance processes, and internal controls.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Claims administration or broader insurance operations experience is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance, risk, law, or audit is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate board and shareholder documentation and corporate governance.
  • Review and maintain contracts, policies, reinsurance, and compliance docs.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and maintain internal controls and policies.
  • Serve as liaison with regulators, actuaries, accountants, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage claims from intake through resolution, including investigation coordination and payment processing.
  • Monitor regulatory and claims deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare compliance and claims reports and support audits and process improvements.
