Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a customer support associate to assist customers, end users, and sales representatives in resolving and logging issues promptly and accurately.

In this role you will log complaints in SAP, issue call tags, credits and replacement orders, follow up on 7th and 30th day, handle RGAs and returns, and ensure procedures align with QSR and ISO standards, while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills are needed.
• Ability to process details, prioritize information, and draw concise conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Log complaints into SAP Complaint system and gather all pertinent information.
• Issue call tags, notifications, credits and replacement orders as needed to resolve complaints; ensure closure.
• Follow up on call tags at 7th and 30th day; issue RGAs and returns; send Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
