Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Complaint Coordinator 1 for a remote role focused on Illinois-based customers and sales teams. You will log issues in the SAP system, issue call tags, credits, and replacement orders to ensure timely resolution.

You will follow up on tags at 7 and 30 days, send customer satisfaction surveys, and coordinate with sales for outstanding items. Proficiency in Excel and Word and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers preferred.
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Log complaints into SAP Complaint system and gather required information.
• Issue call tags, credits and replacement orders for complaint resolution.
• Follow up on call tags on day 7 and day 30.
• Send Customer Satisfaction Surveys and follow up with sales force as needed.
• Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and Medline policies.
