Analyze complaint data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer-facing teams.
Create clear technical documentation and investigation reports, including 8D-style problem-solving reports.
Support digital solutions by using AI-powered tools and internal knowledge resources to improve issue resolution.
