Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to investigate customer complaints and drive resolution across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and deliver structured problem-solving documentation, including 8D investigations, to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. You will also contribute to digital initiatives by leveraging AI-powered tools and internal data resources to enhance issue resolution and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer problem solving, or related technical environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints related to products, services, and deliveries, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Analyze complaint data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer-facing teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Create clear technical documentation, investigation reports, and customer communications, including 8D reports.
• Help advance digital solutions by utilizing and supporting AI-powered tools and internal knowledge resources.
