Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints related to products, services and deliveries, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
• Analyze complaint data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate across engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer-facing teams.
• Create clear technical documentation and investigation reports, including 8D-style problem-solving reports.
• Support digital solutions by using AI-powered tools and internal knowledge resources to improve issue resolution.

• You will investigate customer complaints related to products, services, and deliveries, partnering with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and drive resolution efforts
• You will analyze complaint data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports that support continuous improvement initiatives
• You will coordinate internal meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer‑facing teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• You will create clear technical documentation, investigation reports, and customer communications, including structured problem‑solving reports such as 8D investigations
• You will help advance digital solutions by utilizing and supporting AI‑powered tools and internal knowledge resources that improve issue resolution and information sharing

What you bring to the table:

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• You have several years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer problem solving, or a related technical environment
• You have experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• You have strong analytical and root cause investigation skills and enjoy solving complex problems across multiple functions and products
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively explain technical information to a variety of audiences
