Competitive Intelligence, Senior Manager - Wealth Management

Location: This role requires 3+ days a week in our Hudson Yards NYC or Bethlehem PA office. 5% travel to other offices as needed.

This Competitive Intelligence (CI) Senior Manager role supports the Individual Markets Insurance (including Wealth Management) business, focusing on life and disability insurance, annuities, retirement products, and other enterprise-wide initiatives at the client company, providing timely intelligence and insights.

You Have:

• Technical knowledge of the Individual Markets Insurance Benefits industry (including life and disability insurance, annuities, etc.) and Wealth Management industry (investments, financial services, and retirement planning).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience leveraging proprietary and public intelligence sources, including quarterly earnings and trending data, to develop insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Ability to interpret financial data and curate insights for executive audiences.
• Experience explaining industry headwinds and tailwinds impacting the business.
• Partnering with executives to deliver insights for business decision-making.
• Deep understanding of operational and economic realities, comfortable with numbers and statistics.
• Advanced Excel skills for database management, tracking market and competitor metrics, and custom topics.
• Strong project management skills, including survey management and data synthesis across multiple partners.
• Storytelling skills that effectively communicate insights, with attention to detail, formatting, and quality.

Estimated Rate Range: $98,000 - $140,000. Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
